Parcel lost at the depot

Worst courier company took my parcel, kept it at their depot from 20 December 2023, then 8 January 2024 they claim they lost the parcel. Do not answer phones or have any sense of urgency in resolving customer queries. I will review this company until I receive an amicable resolution. Useless company.
