Parcel have been left in the depot for 5 days. No attempt at delivery made

My package has been left in the North bay of the Cape Town depot since 4/12/2024.

Today is the 9th. I have been unable to reach any staff there as phones rings continuously but no one actually picks up.

I have clients waiting for products that I can not complete without the items in my parcel and am loosing money due to their inability to communicate as to what the hold up is with my delivery.
