Parcel deliviery

<p>The worst couriers I have ever experience. A parcel that was picked up by the courier to deliver on the 8 December has still not been delivered. Each time the company is contacted, there are no answers as to why this parcel can not just get delivered on time. I am still waiting for the parcel. If the depot is contacted, there is no-one to answer the phone. The website has got the wrong courier information and so there is no way to contact someone to make sure the parcel is well on its way or not. How can it be 14 days for delivery? They say 5 - 7 days?</p>
