Parcel delivery that never happened.

I ordered a few items from Justine which were just a little over R1000 some time last week, The items were supposed to be delivered by fastway corriers on Friday which never happened but when I try to track it, it says the parcel was delivered last night at 23:00. I emailed fastway but never got a response and then I also tried chatting with them on their live chat option but did not receive any assistance. I just want my parcel at this or they should at least tell me where they were delivered and who was handling the parcel.
