PARCEL DELIVERY

The courier was unable to deliver the parcel, the address as it appears on the parcel is unclear. The courier has returned the parcel to the depot to obtain a new delivery instruction. SURELY THERE SHOULD BE A CONTACT NUMBER ON THE PARCEL??? WHY NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER AND CONFIRM THE ADDRESS??? PATHETIC!!!!
