Parcel delivered to the wrong address

I have just discovered on line that my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address on the 18/03/2016. The person who signed for it is Elizabeth. I don't even stay with such a person. <br> I did a follow with the deliver guy of the area who's name is Moses Chokoe. He admitted that he did a delivery last week around Buccleuch. When I asked why didn't he phone me to confirm if there is someone at home to receive the delivery, he said (with an attitude) he doesn't phone people, he just delivers, that's it. That's a surprise to me that such a prominent company follows such a process when delivering people's goods. I'm sure he didn't even ask if there is a 'Thulisa Mali' staying there (wherever he delivered my goods). <br> <br> I normally buy online and this has never happened to me. Let alone being given a bad attitude by the person who delivered your goods to the wrong address.
