Parcel delayed

I'm so disappointed with fastway couriers my parcel is with them they never even contacted me regarding delivery they but my parcel is in Newcastle and I'm in Glencoe very close to Newcastle instead they just sent me an sms to contact them regarding my delivery they are useless I always receive my diveries in my house they use a navigator if they save airtime so much worse that's my license disc for my car it has long expired already
