Parcel apparently delivered but I have not received it

I bought an item from OneDayOnly on 21 Dec, and noticed I captured an incorrect phone number. I tried calling Fastway Johannesburg to no avail. On 30 Dec when I track my parcel, it says it was delivered and signed for, my question is where was it delivered and who signed for it? I spent last week and this week trying to chat to fastway over WhatsApp and trying to call the branch up to now I have not succeeded. Where is my parcel??
