PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SERVICE - ARRIVED 5 DAYS LATER - NO REFUND

I used Q Pro Document Services to obtain an urgent document and they used Fastway Couriers to send the document to me.

I made payment for the overnight service on 28.01.2025 and it was sent to me by Q Pro Documents (Jhb) to me in Durban (overnight) on 29.01.2025. My Fastway tracking number NA***. Instead of my document arriving the following day (30.01.2025), it was misdirected to Capetown and only arrived with me in Durban on 03.02.2025 (5 days later).

Q-Pro Documents have apparently been trying to get me a refund due to the overnight service not being met, despite payment. I also tried to talk to someone but they said that the account is for Q-Pro Documents and they will not entertain any conversation with me directly.

To date, 32 days later, i still have not received my refund for the service i did not get.
