Paid for overnight courier and still waiting for delivery after 2 days

<p>I know delivery dates can be delayed, it is human! But what makes me furious if I paid for service and don’t get any at all! If deliveries get delayed, I think the client who paid for that service can be inform. I received a track and trace number on Sunday, which I gave space until Monday as Monday is a business day, it is no Wednesday and I am still waiting for my delivery and I paid for overnight fast couriers!. Yesterday 06/12/2016 when I phone FastWay the lady told me I will received my parcel before 5’o Clock yesterday. I waited until 6’o Clock at work and received nothing! I am very unhappy and I will definitely think twice before I use FastWay again! I think I wasted my money on this service and expect my money back!</p>
