Package picked up on the 5th March and 7 days later not yet delivered my package poor service

This companies service is poorer then poor they take they own time to deliver the customers package when it was suppose to be delivered within 10 days they might aswell just close their doors as I don't see a need for customers to receive this kind of poor service .On top of them I whatsapp them in regards of my package and everytime they have excuses they pick up my package on the 5 th March and up until now 7 days later my package is not delivered yet....*** service
