Package not delivered, no feedback, cant get a hold of anyone, overall bad experience. A week since my package was picked up, online tracking still shows in transit.

Nobody replies to online queries.

Query number keeps you in que then cuts off after 30 minutes of waiting.

Don't even bother.

I give up.

After trying to get hold of fastway since 9 Dec to 12 Dec I still can't get through to a consultant who can assist me!
