Package not delivered and no contact/feedback on my package

I have been waiting for my order only to see on the Temu app that they say they failed to get a hold of me yet I was never contacted and when I checked my security camera there was no delivery vehicle that arrived at my residence.

I have tried calling for 2 days but on each day after waiting for over an hour I gave up and even now it says my package is at the South Coast Depot but I have never been contacted about it.

This is truly appalling behaviour from such a large organisation and it really makes me hesitate to order off Temu due to your company’s poor customer service and lack of delivery or communication on delivery. Till today I have no idea what will happen to my package or if I will ever be contacted with regards to it.
