Package late by 5 days and no contact from courier company with explanation

Worst service ever from courier company,no 1 they claimed that the driver called me with my delivery,co history of their call on my call log, when I called the office Innocent the agent was extremely rude to me told me that obviously the driver called me that's why the package was returned to their warehouse,I went through my address with them the following day,which was a Thursday,on Monday I called in the morning,they told me the package is still in their warehouse,I was placed on hold for a long time apparently being transferred to team leader who didn't bother to call me back,my temu order was due to be delivered on the 19/08/2025 it's 6 working days late,Temu appologizes everyday while the courier company couldn't care less. They don't even deserve the 1 star ,it's unfortunate that to activate the review you need to give a rating,they are the worst courier company and Temu will lose it's customers because of them
