Package delivered to incorrect address

I was expecting a delivery on the 15th or 16th of August. Received a message that it had been delivered and the security guard had signed for it.

When I got home and asked for my delivery, the security said there hadn't been one. He also pointed out that the name that signed wasn't fami****.

I emailed to check if they had really delivered my package, they responded that I should ask the security guard.

For two days no one knew where my package was. Then on the 18th I received a call from a security guard at another complex saying that my package has been there since Wednesday - wrongfully delivered.

No apology from Fastway.
