Out of SLA - massive delay in delivery

Terrible service with fastway, my parcel spent about a week (EA ********** 418) at their depot in Johannesburg which completely is beyond their SLA. this is the 5th time and counting that i am experiencing this service... clearly nothing is being done to rectify this. Terrible service!
