ORDER STILL NOT DELIVERED

So I have been expecting a parcel to be delivered y.day already,I understand that no courier company is perfect but the lack of communication is appalling. I paid for overnight delivery 2 days ago and I was told it was picked up today at 7am , it is now 8:30 pm and still have not received anything, and I need that for a gift,i tried to contact that driver FOUR times today, why am I given the drivers number and expected to contact him and track the delivery, that should be YOUR job, take some ownership FastWay, you under delivered and your customer service is terrible,I called in and your call center staff are so unhelpful, now my order has not been delivered and it says "Unable to Deliver - We are currently unable to effect delivery."" without any next steps or whats going to happen next or what solutions can be made,nothing. Now I am in the dark, I paid for something and its not getting to me, I hope you read this FastWay and get back to me
