Order opened by someone else.

The delivery person did not bother calling me once during the process. He just left my order in the wrong department with the wrong people. After an exchange of emails, I had to go around the are looking for the receptionist who signed. When I found it it had already been given to someone it did not belong to and was already open. I am really not happy with the service and I will not be selecting the Fastway option.
