Order Delay

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from this courier company.

My order was placed on 14 April, and the last update I received was on 22 April. Since 23 April, there has been no communication or tracking updates regarding my parcel. It has now been well over two weeks with no delivery and no explanation.

What is even more unacceptable is that I was contacted and instructed to submit my ID for customs clearance. I sent my ID on 30 April as requested, yet my parcel has still not been cleared, and no further updates have been provided.

I was initially advised that my parcel would arrive between 24 April and shortly thereafter, but that timeframe has long passed. The lack of communication, delays, and failure to process customs clearance after receiving my documents shows a serious lack of efficiency and accountability.

I expect immediate action, confirmation of customs clearance, and a confirmed delivery date without any further delays.
