OPENS PARCELS!!!!!!!!!

For the past 5 days this company has had my parcel, they have delivered it to the wrong address already, they don't answer my online requests or my WhatsApp Messages. And when calling they answer then put you on hold and then eventually just end the call. Their driver calls me and says he is lost, I direct him to the premises and he said that he gets lost, however all the GPS's get you to this address.

I received the parcel and its dirty and smudged and worst of all it was opened.

Now i ask you, what covid protocols are they following? Myself, my company, friends and family are now at risk because this parcel was thrown around like it was.

I am absolutely disgusted! I will be holding your company responsible should anything happen to myself or anyone in my direct contact.

ALSO WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE OPENING MY PRODUCTS???
