One of the worst courier companies in terms of support.

Probably one of the worst couriers out there. Parcels not being delivered after received at local depot. Phoning them takes about 8 tries before a call is answered then get told they do not have the full address. When you ask to speak to the manager in that department to ensure full address is supp**** they state that sorry they do not answer calls before 9am, despite their office hours being from 8am.

Phoning back after 9 , informed that the address is indeed correct as well as contact details and they can not answer as to why package did not go out.

Trying to get hold of a manager is futile as they never answer and never return calls, one even answered and as I started explaining he put the phone down in my ear.
