One of the worst. A close second to Meili/Speedaf. Parcels misdirected to more than a 1000km from me. How does a parcel take 2 days from JHB to Newcastle and then misdirected to East London. Pathetic service and **** for brains. They hide from accountability by not having any direct platforms for customer support because they know the public hates them.
