Noway slow way

They have got to be one of the most pathetic and unreliable couriers out there. I don't understand how it can take over a week to deliver a parcel. My parcel has been in my local depot for a week and with fastway for 11 days now. They constantly say 'on board' then it's not delivered or dropped at a different bay location- what ever that means. I was not given a choice of couriers but if I was there's NOWAY I'd deliberately choose SLOWAY
