NoWay more than FastWay

"Are we actually delivering customer service?" This is what the business should ask themselves! Trying to communicate via 3 separate channels, only to be left hanging. And yes, one is more compassionate after Black Friday and before the Christmas season, but still... don't make me send messages questioning if you are still alive and willing.

The couriers are decent and don't deserve a bad rating but customer service? More like customer disservice.
