Notify me please

I really do not appreciate the fact that I am no longer notified if and when my package is on its way to my address. Lately I am getting surprise calls; "We are at the gate". Then next; "We left because there is nobody". Why am I not notified that ; "We are on our way we just left the depo", then atleast I can arrange for somebody to revceive package. I am not always in the house, I also work as they are also at work delivering parcels. +*** phone them if you have anything to ask. I am tired of telling them the same thing.
