Nothing has changed. Same **** service after 3 years of not using them.

I haven't used Fastway for 3 years due to the ********** service I last received from them. Now I had a shipment from Pretoria to JHB on Monday. On Wednesday I see It was out for delivery and called customer care to check when it would be delivered. Customer care spoke to the driver and assured me it would be delivered before 4:30pm. 4:40pm I called back and had another agent tell me it will definitely be delivered today, not to worry. 7:30pm, still no news and no parcel. Thursday morning I call and ask where the parcel is. Get given the driver's number to check, which was the wrong driver, because the customer service lady wasn't actually sure which driver had the parcel. Call back to get the right driver's number. Get promised he would drop it off before 10am. 10:30 call the driver again, now he says around 11:30. Finally around 12pm it arrives!! The communication in Fastway is just as *** as I remember!!!! Staff make promises that aren't kept!!
