NOTHING FAST ABOUT FASTWAY

Most useless, unreliable, dishonest courier company I have ever dealt with. according to their APP my package was parcel was boarded to the courier vehicle by 7:48AM and said it will be delivered today however till now I have not received mu parcel and the driver is not picking up when I call. I was supposed to knock off at 1pm and I couldn't cause I have been waiting for my parcel I don't even know how far it is. It's almost 4pm and I am still waiting because I REALLY NEED THE PARCEL FOR LATER TODAY. I don't know why Buffalo chose such a useless courier company to work with.
