Nothing fast about Fastway Couriers

Worst service ever. I have parcel that was couriered from jo'burg and somehow, they too to Pretoria last week. Yesterday they sent a message my parcel is out for delivery and did not get it, tracked it and it was written as returned. When I called this morning, they had a breakdown yesterday and the agent will call again to confirm delivery. That did not happen. Then I called around 12 to find out, still this agent told me they have to locate the driver and must stay on the line they dropped the call. I mean my details are there why not call again when the driver has been located. I now need to go and still have no answers and won't be able to receive my parcel for the next 2 days. Companies must stop using this company to send our things.
