Nothing fast about fast way, don't even look their way if you value your time and money.

I have a parcel that was received by the courier on the 17 of November and today is the 29 the parcel is still with them busy sending it from one hub to the next then back to another hub and say its misdirected and Newcastle staff got plenty attitude too, no response to any of my questions regarding my parcel, the only response I get is it was sent there by mistake, like really 😡. Unproffesional And there is nothing fast about them plus they know nothing about client service.
