Nothing effective about fastway

Absolutely dissatisfied with fastway. Parcels are being damaged. Customer service in Johannesburg is disastrous. Fragile and arrow signs are noted on the bags and still handled terribly. 3 parcels in a row. No response when emailed for claims. Johannesburg customer service has no manager on duty to assist.
