Not worth the low rates & shocking service with zero results

They make promises they don’t keep. I have been having the worst experience from the word go, starting from the rep that came to see me 2 hours late without having the decency of letting me know. I have given Fastway a second chance, but they keep messing up. I have called thrice for collection and twice they have just not collected my package and the third time they came in the afternoon, even though they promise if you call before 9:30 am you would get same-day delivery in your region. I am furious and disgusted by the service and it’s a pity I have purchased 20 bags once-off, but most definitely would switch over to the courier guy and pay more being assured of efficient service.
