Not-so-Fastway Couriers - USELESS

If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd give it. A brief summary of my issues: 1) Parcel, meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, cleared customs well ahead of Christmas, and was at Fastway JHB depot on 23 Dec. 2) Delivery is now 2 weeks late as of today (6 Jan 2026). 3) Apparently delivery "failed" on Sat 3 Jan, even though I was at the delivery address ALL DAY. 4) Numerous attempts to contact the depot by telephone failed - I am on hold for 6-8 minutes and then just cut off. Reading through other complaints, it is clear my experience is far from unique. How is this abject failure of a business still operating? 100% sure they will not have the ***** to respond.
