Not so fast, hey Fastway!?

<p>I received such POOR service from Fastway Couriers South Africa Cape Town right now. I am a sender who called to confirm delivery time of a parcel at midday and was given confirmation by consultant that the parcel will be delivered this afternoon. When I checked my parcel status again at 4.30pm, it said that the parcel is still in the West Bay depot. When I call once again, another consultant then informs me that delivery to the area indicated on my parcel only happens during early morning hours. I told her that I was told otherwise earlier in the day and she offers to out my call through to Paul the operations manager. My call was on hold for a few minutes, and then cut. I call again (it's now 4.55pm) and the phone just rings on the other side. I call a third time and then get a voicemail informing me that they are now closed. <br />- Why was I misinformed by the first consultant?<br />- Why was my second call not answered? It was not 5pm yet...<br />- Where are contact details for Paul on your website?<br />- Where are contact details for any management personnel your website?<br />- What are your after hour emergency contingency details? <br />Tomorrow is a public holiday and I am told that the package will only arrive with the recipient on FRIDAY morning, long after they have caught a flight out of the country. Not so fast then, hey Fastway?</p>
