Not so fast at all

How this business is still in business must be a miracle because it is definitely not because the service is great or fast. Been waiting for my package since Monday they keep telling me that i am not home when i been home the whole week . Now i have to wait another week for my package because they can not find my address?? Do courier services not have GPs ???
