Each location is separately owned which creates a logistical nightmare when you are trying to track parcels or get assistance. Fastway is extremely unreliable at collecting and delivering and has lost numerous parcels of ours. There is no central helpline and you can sit for hours trying to get assistance from someone. We have been using Fastway for a while as their prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. DO NOT use Fastway for sending high-value items.
