Not possible to contact company (to sign up for their services)

So, we sell products that require a courier service. I heard fastway is currently more affordable than the Courier Guy and wanted to sign up. Tried contacting them about 8 times today and after the automated answering message, the line just dies regardless of which option you pick. Needless to say, I am no longer investigating doing business with them. My recommendation is to stay away...
