Not once have they successfully delivered i have to always collect

Not once have they ever managed to deliver successfully ever time i have to drive to collect whatever has been sent to me. they yesterday morning asked if they could deliver after 2pm yesterday then never pitched now no ones today and i know they gonna pitch up!!!!!!!!!!!
