Not happy. Hire a decent and focused people to work at the warehouses

Very poor service Ordered from temu. Package was delayed due to poor service. Package tracking was poor and eventually when the package arrived at the warehouse, I went to see and collect. The lady working with the packages told me that the package has not arrived yet and is still on it's way with the courier, meanwhile the package was on her desk infront of us the whole time and she then rep****, oh was debating on taking it to the fish shop(delivery adress) later. I then confronted her telling her I was here last week to check on the package asking you specifically to not take the package to the fish shop and instead call me first thing the package arrived. I also gave her a home adress for the delivery. Not happy!! Not happy at all.
