Not happy customer

I placed a temu order on the 19th but I didn't receive it and the courier is fast way and I am very unhappy with their service and how they work and on the 30th I get an email that my parcel is 'delivery on the way' and now on the 31st they tell me it won't arrive until Friday. I'm very disappointed in this
