Not Fastway, more SLOWWAY

My import taxes were paid on time, but the package has not been delivered, a week later. They do not respond to any online messaging. Not Whatsapp, or FB, or the chat on the website. If you phone, and stay on hold for 15 minutes you may reach a person, who then puts you on hold at least 3 times during the conversation. They are incapable of reading addresses which are crystal clear on the sender's side, and fail to think logically when faced with a street like 4th Avenue. There are several of those in Johannesburg, so maybe LOOK at the suburb! Repeat offenders too! Please, retailers, don't use them.
