Not fast (or on time)

I am still waiting for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered before 12pm today. I have the confirmation email and assurances. latest is it will be after 1pm..its now nearly 3pm. whole day wasted. (In my original request I specified to call me to arrange the time, which they didn't do and rocked up yesterday so I confirmed today with driver and HO for before 12pm today.) with so many other companies available, this shouldn't be the one you choose.
