Not fast enough

My parcel were send from Johannesburg and was supposed to be delivered in Bloemfontein, I have just spoke to Fastway Johannesburg and was told by the delivery and collection supervisor to sort it out myself, the parcel is now in Cape Town and they will only send it to Bloemfontein in next week. My income is depending on that parcel because it was material I order. The lady in JHB told me they nor the driver that put the wrong sticker on can be hold accountable.
