Not fast at all

First my parcel was delivered to PTA and not JHB. I emailed to enquire and received a response. I also requested that my parcel be delivered before 12:00.

No parcel yet and it's 13:45...I phoned to enquire and suddenly no one knows about my request because I did not submit it online (No one told me it had to be online).

Will never recommend or use this company again.
