Not delivering

So my parcel was sent with them from Cape Town to Bloemfontein on the 17 Feb and arrived at the Bloem depot on the 18th. Today it is the 24th and still no package delivered to me. I have called numerous times and every time they promise that the package will be delivered later in the day or the following day. It has now been 6 days and still nothing. I called the depot again this morning after I see that the package have again been left at their depot and the gave me the same promise, but don't think they will deliver. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
