Normally good, but this time was a disappointment.

22nd of November: Received an email at 07:58 saying parcel was out for delivery. At 08:07 got another email saying parcel was undeliverable. I was at home the whole time.

23rd of November: Received an email at 06:28 saying parcel is out for delivery. Received another delivery that day for the same address, my parcel didn't arrive.

24th of November: Received an email at 06:00 saing parcel is undeliverable, again while I was at home. Tried the whatsapp channel at 08:30, not available. Eventually got the system responding and was messaged at 08:43 that someone would be in contact shortly. At time of writing, it is 11:02, still no response.

Called them directly, and gave the tracking number. Lady over the phone was somewhat helpful, she managed to track it down to a contractor - not a normal delivery driver apparently - that had the parcel and had failed to deliver for some reasons.

Was told it would be delivered today at 13:00 or thereabouts. We shall see.
