Non responsive and slow to deliver - bad customer service

Trying to track my parcel as its stood still for 2 days. Online shows zero new information. Tried chatting to their bot on their website... no answer! Phoned them and waited over 10 minutes on the phone to speak to someone, just had a bot telling me what number in the queue I was, went from nine in the queue to six back to nine, to seven to four back to nine.... didn't get to speak to anyone. Tried their whatsapp number - didn't exist - shockingly bad service, not the first time either. Their drivers and staff are great, but their systems and customer service is sucky to say the least!
