Non-Performance by Fastway Couriers

Totally unacceptable service!!! The package has been picked up by Fastway and it is now 6 days, with the delivery yet to happen. I get a message every day to let me know it is out for delivery with obviously, no luck. I have been sitting at home waiting for the package for 4 days in a row and still do not have it delivered, every day, being returned to the depot. To make matters worse, this package is marked as "Medication" and obviously it has not importance to the courier. After calling them today, I was told that they ran out of time (4 times ?) and that they promised to get it delivered today. Let's hope so...
