Non existing service from Fastway Bloemfontein

They have delivered satisfactory in the past, however I have been struggling for a week to get an order delivered from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein. Phoning the company does not help, they seem not to answer the phone and every time they offer a feeble excuse, the parcel is on the way, then it is in the office. I instructed them twice because of a time limit to deliver, still nothing. We are closing for the holidays and they are not really willing to deliver it to my home address, as "it is outside town". My house is 10 minutes drive from my work, and definitely not outside town. I tried in vain this morning, they simply put the phone down. I am extremely unhappy. Thank you. Dr Groenewald
