Non existing customer service

This is the second time Fastway fails to deliver packages as scheduled to me and fails to reply to WhatsApp nor to pick up numerous calls I made to them to follow up on tracking. Their customer service is literally non existing.

I package sent to me was scheduled for delivery on 08 April, yet until today it still states that it is on-board the courier vechile. I tried reaching out to WhatsApp and was told that I would be contacted by the next available agent, I take it no agent has been available since the 9th of April.

Additionally, when calling you get no answer and hear the automated message of the WhatsApp lines being prioritized, but you get no reply at all there.
