NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TRACKING.

This is the worst customer service and overall communication I have received from a courier company. We had the same incident in June 2025 with Fastway Couriers. Their tracking service might as well not exist; it gives you a date for delivery but does not get delivered on the stated date. IF you phone to find out where the parcel is, there is NO answer, not on one of the three options given on the voice prompt. If you are a supplier, I would not recommend using them again.
